Rules of play

  1. Each child must be accompanied by a paying adult. A maximum of 2 adults per child and a maximum of 3 children to 1 adult (18 years+)           

  2. Weekday sessions are 90 minutes long. Weekend sessions are 2 hours. We will indicate when it is time to get ready to leave. Our playcentre is cleaned between each session so it is important for the sessions to run on time.

  3. Please only arrive for your session at the allotted time as doors will not be opened earlier as staff will be making the playcentre perfect again for your visit.

  4. Only food and drinks purchased in the café may be consumed on the premises.

  5. Food and drinks must not be consumed in the play areas.

  6. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent/carer.

  7. Please respect the playcentre and its toys by keeping it clean and making sure all the toys belonging to Ted’s Toytown remain in the playcentre

  8. Please be aware of the privacy of others. Only photographs of your own child/ren are permitted.

  9. If you or your child has had a fever or sickness, do not attend Ted’s Toytown for at least 48 hours.

  10. We do not allow parties and parties accessories during regular play sessions. These are only permitted as part of a booked party package with Ted’s Toytown.

  11. We do not provide refunds on bookings. There is an option to rearrange up to 24 hours before your booking.

  12. Ted’s Toytown is all on one floor so is fully accessible.

  1. Prebooking is advised as we operate limits on the amount of people in the playcentre and cannot exceed this. Walk ins will be accepted if there is the available space. There will be signage on the door to state when the session is fully booked.

  2. Please note all sessions will finish on time so you will be required to leave even if you have had not been there for the full session.

  3. Due to health and safety of the building all visitors are chargeable. We want your session to be comfortable, so we limit guest number for this reason.

  4. Ted’s Toytown is a role play centre so is aimed at children up to 7 years old. (Unless it is a specific event where the age of the children permitted will be clear on booking).

  5. For health and safety reasons prams and pushchairs are not permitted into the playcentre. Cars seats are permitted.
